C.C.A. School Age Enrollment

(1st - 6th Grade) pay $5.00/hr.

1. The Registration Fee is $50.00 or $100.00 per family and is nonrefundable.
2. A $100.00 security deposit and first week's tuition paid in advance.
3. All fees are due by the last day of the month.
4. Late pick up charges are as follows: If an emergency arises and you are unable to pick up your child at the appointed time, you must notify the Day Care Center. You Will Be Charged $1.50 Per Minute After 6:00 p.m.
5. If two children from the same family are enrolled in the Center, the second child will receive a 25% discount.
6. Parents are required to give a 14 day written notice of withdrawal, or security deposit is forfeited.
7. A $15.00 fee will be assessed for all returned checks.
